Mr. Tharindu Rajapaksha is skilled and professional finance and Admin Manager at a leading BTL Advertising materials manufacturing company in Sri Lanka. He is a Member of AAT Sri Lanka (MAAT). He graduated from the University of Sri Jayewardenapura ( Bsc. Public Management Special Degree). Mr. Rajapaksha is proficient in Microsoft office packages, ERP implementations, Preparing Financial Reports, Cash flow, and working capital management, strategic financial planning, HR and Admin Operations, Cost Control, and staff leadership and development. He always encouraged to conduct research on new techniques and methods to save working hours of employees. He completed a basic Microsoft offered a course in JAVA programming to support his studies as well. His leadership and guidance supported transforming Company's most financial, admin and manufacturing operations to more simplified, Time saving automated methods to reduce the cost while increasing the output.
